Shipping policy

Please note that the “postage” fees include the cost of packaging your item/s for safe travel! I package plastic free, using reused, recycled, recyclable and biodegradable materials where possible (in that preference order). Shipping may be subject to localised delays, noting that 10 business days are required to consider an item lost in the post.

I currently ship only once per week, usually on a Tuesday. This means processing time for all orders is 1-7 days.

International Shipping

Please note that The Curious Cactus is located in Edinburgh, UK. I can ship internationally through my Etsy store though not to the EU or Northern Ireland due to GPSR rules. Please email me or message me on Etsy to set up a custom international listing to other destinations.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and local taxes.
