Do you do custom and personalised orders?
Please send me an email and we'll see what I can do. Please note that I require full payment for an order before I will start work on it, unless otherwise agreed, and I don't always have time to work on custom pieces. I can't and don't always take on custom work.

Do you ship internationally?
Please note that The Curious Cactus is located in Edinburgh, UK and I currently only ship within the UK from my website. I cannot ship to the EU and Northern Ireland due to GPSR rules. But if you are from elsewhere feel free to email me or message me via my online shop on Etsy and I can look to set you up a custom order with international shipping on Etsy.

Do you accept gift cards?
♻️ Do you use recycled materials? ♻️
I use almost exclusively recycled cardstock made in the UK or EU. Recycled paper has little flecks and marks as part of the process - naturally, items printed on recycled paper will have these little individual quirks.
All cards, bookmarks, envelopes, notepads and other paper products are recyclable at the end of their life. Any cello used is home compostable plant based cello (no plastic here!). All stickers (including the thermal labels on my parcels) are RECYCLABLE (yay!) meaning you can compost or recycle your packaging.
I feel very passionately about using recycled materials, and while this often costs me more, I cannot see a good reason not to!

I am a small business and I want to ask you about your processes/suppliers etc, can I?
I reserve the right not to share all my supplier info, but feel free to ask, I may have referral codes to some suppliers to get us both a cheeky discount too. I have spent a lot of time researching and testing suppliers, and sometimes am happy to share those - but I reserve the right not to disclose my supply chain.

My fave plant I own is my Monstera - his name is James and he is HUGE, he is actually taking over my window 💖
What is your coffee order? ☕
I am an iced coffee girlie most of the time - but some form of oat latte, often with a little syrup (my fave atm is Cardamom syrup from Söderberg, but I also love a caramel syrup!)
